TeleCare
Afford TeleCare is a virtual method of delivering Allied Health services to clients where face-to-face services are unable to be provided, or individuals prefer a distance-based approach. TeleCare enables our team to provide individuals with disability across the country with ongoing support and intervention. With the use of virtual platforms, we can continue providing our essential services to individuals who would otherwise be unable to access these.
Telecare allows Afford to provide remote, regular and contact-free care throughout periods of isolation and social distancing measures and is available to new and existing clients.
